The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (known as J.L.P.T.) has been conducted by the Japan Foundation and the Association of International Education since 1984 due to the fact that the number of students studying Japanese want to have an opportunity which their proficiency can be certified. The test is held at the beginning of December every year, and you can apply for the test at our school. The test is divided into 5 levels (Level N1 to N5. Level N1 is the highest.), and each test is made up of two sections: a Reading Test and a Listening Test.

From 2010, the test levels have been revised and 5-level format has been established to replace the 4-levels format. For more details, visit The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
